I use Zoom for online sessions. You will receive a meeting link for your appointments, and will log into Zoom at your designated appointment time. Please ensure that you are in a space with adequate privacy, so that your are able to participate freely in our sessions.

Yes. I have a hybrid practice, and offer in-person sessions one day a week at my office in Downtown Brooklyn, near the Borough Hall subway stop.

Individuals: $200 per 55-minute session
Couples and families: $250 per 55-minute session

I accept some Aetna plans through a service called Alma. You can visit my my Alma profile here.
If you have out-of-network benefits, I am happy to provide a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. I recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card, and verifying whether you have out-of-network benefits for mental health care.

In our first session, we’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, your history and background, and what you hope to achieve together.
Take a moment to reflect on your goals for therapy and any specific issues you’d like to address, as well as any questions you may have about the process. If it helps, you can jot down some thoughts to bring along, but it's not a requirement!

You’re welcome to reach out via email for non-urgent matters. While I may not respond immediately, I’ll do my best to get back to you as soon as I can (usually within 24-48 hours). If there’s an emergency, please contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment time. I am happy to reschedule a missed appointment within the same week if we can find a time that works for both of us. If we are unable to reschedule a missed appointment and you have provided less than 48 hours notice, you will be responsible for the full appointment fee.

It’s really important that you feel supported in our sessions. If you feel that our connection isn’t quite right, please let me know and we will discuss it. If needed, I can help you find someone who might be a better fit.

Absolutely! Confidentiality is crucial in our work together. What you share in our sessions stays private, with a few legal exceptions for safety. We’ll go over this in more detail during our first meeting.

This is a document that provides you with an estimate of the expected costs associated with your therapy services. This estimate is designed to help you make informed decisions about your mental health care and to understand the financial aspects before beginning treatment.
